With us you will get free-of-charge standard packing services. What does this mean? Our crew will come to your house and put everything that is on your inventory list on the truck. If you have something that needs to be protected, like a TV, large mirror, or piano, we will use protective materials and wrap it with them. If you have large and bulky furniture, our team will disassemble and reassemble it once we are at the new location.

If you wish for us to pack only some of your household items, you can take the partial packing service. On the other hand, if you wish us to pack everything, then the full service is for you. Our crew will come with all the packing supplies you need, such as boxes, bubble wrap, blankets, paper wrap, scissors, duct tape, and other materials. We’ll do all the work for you. Even though we are more than happy to move your pool table, our professional teams won’t move some items, like illegal items, flammables, plants and pets, papers and documents of high value, money, and perishable food items.

Secure Auto Transportation

We have auto transport services which help you get to choose in which way you want your vehicle to be picked up and delivered. You can choose door-to-door or terminal-to-terminal delivery. With door-to-door, we will come with a trailer to your house and take your car. The same thing will happen at your new location. Another option is a little cheaper, but it requires some effort on your side. You will have to leave your car at the nearest terminal and pick it up at the terminal as well. But don’t worry, we have a terminal in every major city. 

We also have an open trailer and enclosed trailer. With an open trailer, which is the most common option, you can, for instance, ship more than one car at the same time. However, your vehicle will be exposed to outdoor factors such as road debris and weather. On the other hand, if you have a more expensive luxurious car, an enclosed trailer is better for you. It costs more, but your car will be fully protected from any outdoor factors.

Flexible Storage Solutions

Every relocation is hard, especially the ones that are long distance. Sometimes people need more time to move their belongings, so they decide to book storage facilities. We offer our customers exactly that – a safe and climate-controlled environment in our storage facilities.

If you hire us, our team will come and load your belongings on a truck and later ship them to the new location.

Moving Insurance

With Long Distance Movers, you will get basic or mandatory moving insurance. This insurance will cover 0.60 cents per pound of damaged goods, and it only covers the items our professionals handled. It lasts until your items are safely unloaded at your new home. If you wish to have higher insurance, you can take the full-value replacement policy from a third party through us. With this, we will replace the damaged item at its full value. We offer policies for your vehicle as well. If you transport your car with an open trailer, insurance will go up to $100,000, while for the enclosed one, the amount will go up to $500,000.
