Just recently, I bought a used car in San Diego despite living in LA and needed a way for my car to be transported to me. Thankfully, my friend referred me to this place that was also in San Diego. Transporting a car could very expensive, but it was more affordable than I thought! so I scheduled everything accordingly and had them deliver my car to me. It was definitely worth it since my car was fairly cheap and my dad knew how he was gonna fix it so everything was worth it. They got my car to me and had no problem picking up as scheduled with the seller and no damage or hiccups during the transport! Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to my friends or anyone!

My sister in Portland was relocating to another country and she needed to get rid of a lot of her furniture and even some appliances and she decided to let me inherit them. She used Long Distance Movers in Portland and they effectively communicated with me when they would schedule to come deliver her stuff to my place I’m SF. Apparently she told me if I wanted to keep all her things to at least pay for their service in which I did. Good thing we coordinated because I just moved in to my new place and needed all the furnishings. I met the minimum for their service and they provided a reasonable contract and in turn everything turned out great! She even told how they carefully wrapped and packed up everything as well. Definitely a great service to use!

My car is a really old Volvo and since it is now considered a vintage/retro automobile, I was extremely weary about having it transported to my area. Honestly, I don’t know much at all about these services, but I was really worried about moving companies in general, especially because of the risks involved, including damages that may happen during handling while being transported.

Everything came perfect and the price was less than $800 for the whole service… comparing it to my previous service, I’m shocked to say the least. The price is great, and for someone who was worrying like me, they had a policy where they would cover any damages (if they should incur) during the move/transportation and it put me to ease. I can’t say enough good things.

I was helping my friend move back down to California from Seattle. There’s a lot of moving companies but I went with this one because of their quote per item and distance moved was something she can afford. Then we set a schedule for moving and they came prepared with their trucks and Mark was their lead guy and helped us out with everything. He coordinated the whole move gracefully with no damage and even covered her things to protect, a nice touch.

Especially with moving large appliances, I was appreciative to receive help moving all of the heavier objects we had.

The movers delivered all of the belongings safely to the new house and were again, super punctual with their delivery.

I bought a car in Tarant County Texas since the sales tax is non existent and my dad suggested getting a car from his friend’s used dealership. My dad offered to get me the car, but I would have to only pay the shipping. Long distance movers had auto shipping and it was a good price to get my car transported from there to the bay. It was really affordable for me and when I got my car, it was still perfect in the condition in which we bought it for. They were very professional through whole process and informative. Definitely a 5 star rating for the service and professionalism!

I was in NY over the summer and when it was over I moved back home. During that timw I also needed to store things and then have it shipped to me back home later. Thankfully I was able to do that with Long Distance Movers! They were able to store my stuff until I was home to be shipped back to me. The space in NY apartments are very scarce and sk this is the way I had to keep my things instead of asking my friends there to do so. My experience was a pleasant and stress-less one and I have zero complaints with their service! A huge recommend!!

My uncle is no longer driving his car and wanted to ship me his car to keep and make room in his garage so he can store his other belongings so a family friend can move and do some care taking.

They were one of the first one who got back to me with quote that was more than reasonable for cost per mile in an open trailer. My uncle was more than happy to hear that I took care everything for him and they were really courteous and helpful when they came and picked up his car.

My sis graduated from Reed College earlier this year so i flew over to Portland to help her move back home. My sis and I are pretty weak so they were a really big help especially with packaging her desk and other big items. There were 2 movers and they packaged and cleared out everything quickly. Honestly, I don’t know how we were planning to move all her things ourselves. Us two wouldn’t have made it past the apartment stairs so we definitely needed Long Distance Movers.

And also were very well prepared, it’s like they knew how to tackle on each project I was throwing at them and on top of that with a smile! They wrapped/boxed everything so quickly I was so impressed! I would definitely refer them to my friends and family in the area, I can’t stop saying this enough but they were polite, proficient, quick and also not too expensive.
